mình check hồ sơ của bạn thì thấy vẫn còn đang xét duyệt ở USCIS ( CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER ) , nên cứ chờ đợi để họ xét duyệt I-130 thôi.
Hồ sơ chưa chuyển về NVC .
Đợi vài nam nữa khi nào hồ sơ chuyển về NVC thì bạn gởi thư xin số case number .
( Đối với diện F3 hồ sơ càng lâu chấp thuận thì càng có lợi cho những đứa con trên 21 tuổi , nên bạn cứ cầu nguyện cho hồ sơ càng lâu chấp thuận càng tốt)
